This comforting drink makes me want to wrap up warm, go outside and play in the snow until I’m cold, just so I can come inside and enjoy a warming hot cup of this chocolate. Well, there’s no snow here in Southern California, but a girl can dream.
If you like white chocolate, you will LOVE (yes, that much) LOVE this hot chocolate and it’s really easy to make! I also have some other white chocolate recipes that are just as festive like white chocolate, pistachio & cranberry fudge and white chocolate cranberry & pistachio bark. To take this white hot chocolate to the next level, I dipped small dessert spoons in melted dark chocolate and allowed to set and when you dip them into the hot chocolate, the dark chocolate melts and creates a dark chocolate swirl. So good! I just made myself drool thinking about how good this was. I digress. For a little crispy, crunchy confection to enjoy with this drink, try those round, Italian chocolate treats that are in the store this time of the year, that come wrapped in gold foil. They are filled with hazelnut chocolate and a rice crispy coating. They are a perfect accompaniment and their white chocolate coconut is something I just can’t describe. I told you it was a chocolate-fest.
