A few weeks ago I posted one of my favorite recipe finds of my life. I was about to write “of the year” but I decided that didn’t sound epic enough. These Snickerdoodles will blow your mind, all by themselves. But when you take them and slather them with Biscoff frosting? I have no words. And then add strawberries. Okay, hear me out on this one. Eric and I made these for the first time last summer when strawberries were in season. I hadn’t planned to put strawberries in my sandwich cookies, but the day I made these for the first (of many) times, we happened to be munching on some fresh strawberries. And then I decided to slice them up and jazzify my already awesome sandwich cookie. And it. was. amazing. Cinnamon + biscoff + strawberry makes for an awesome flavor combo.
