Pancakes for breakfast is always a great idea! I would have pancakes every morning if I could for the rest of my life, especially when the pancakes are so special just like these apple pancakes. POLISH APPLE PANCAKES
This is my Mum’s recipe, it reminds me of my childhood and we still make it quite often. We usually add apples, but when we have a lot of pears we just add them to the pancakes. Peaches also work great when they’re not too juicy. I don’t know Polish but someone told me that this recipe is called “racuchy z jabłkami”. It’s a traditional Polish recipe, where apples are dipped in pancake batter and fried!
