I love making these delicious pretzel bites, they’re stuffed with sweetened peanut butter and dipped in dark chocolate. I also like to finish them off with a sprinkle of sea salt, but if you want to add some color, go for colorful sprinkles instead! We make these treats to enjoy throughout the week, but I recently made them for a movie night and the kids loved them! Chocolate: You can melt a chocolate bar or chocolate chips, and dip each pretzel bite halfway or cover it fully. I went with Ghirardelli melting wafers because they melt easily, set quickly and smooth, and taste good too. Pretzels: Any mini pretzels work here. I went for square snaps, but you can do mini twist pretzels if you like. Peanut Butter: Smooth peanut butter works best here, and that’s what I usually use. If you want to add some crunch, you can use crunchy peanut butter. Powdered sugar, softened salted butter, and pure vanilla extract.

Peanut Butter: I tested this recipe using JIF all-natural peanut butter, but keep in mind that peanut butter brands are a little different so you might need more or less powdered sugar to make the mixture. It should feel like a soft fudge. You can easily halve or even quarter the recipe. I like to make a large batch and these never last in my house. Easy Clean-Up. Make sure to line your cookie sheets with parchment paper, these will make cleaning up a breeze!
