I’m making the best of peach season and then they are sweet and ripe, they blend up to a perfect puree that I have mixed with a little vanilla Greek yogurt (which is so good with the peach) and honey for added sweetness and creaminess.

Fresh peaches

Because there is no cooking involved, you can have the kids help you make them which is a fun activity and they get a reward at the end. I tested this Peach Frozen Yogurt Popsicles recipe 3 times to get the balance of peach to yogurt ratio right. The peach being the dominant flavor with a little creamy vanilla flavor after is the perfect balance. The inspiration for these popsicles were my Blueberry Coconut Frozen Yogurt Popsicles using coconut yogurt, which are also perfect because it is also blueberry season. I keep these in my freezer all summer because I spend my days outside, I just grab one to enjoy in the garden to cool off whenever I need it. If you’re by the pool this summer or 4th of July, make a big batch of these. The flowers in the photos are edible pansies that I have growing in my garden which add a lovely, summery look.

Spiked peach popsicles

For some real poolside fun for the adults, add a little vodka, Champagne or Prosecco to the mix before freezing.

Tip for removing popsicles from the hard and silicone molds

Popsicles are usually made in a hard plastic or silicone molds. To help remove them from the hard plastic, I run the mold under warm water (keeping the water away from the sticks to avoid melting them) to help loosen. For the silicone molds, I push from the end of the mold to release.
