Next, add the wet ingredients to the mug, whisk together. Then add in the dry ingredients. Keep whisking until the batter is smooth. Once it’s ready, microwave on HIGH for approximately 60 - 90 seconds, keeping a close eye on it to make sure it doesn’t overcook.

TIPS & SUGGESTIONS
COOKING TIME - 60 seconds Cooking time suggested is based on 1200W Microwave. I have made this mug cake in my old 800W microwave oven and it took me about 90 seconds. Start checking at 50 seconds of microwave cooking. DO NOT OVER COOK - If your cake is cooked for long, it will dry out and get hardened too. SERVE THIS MICROWAVE MUG CAKE with a Dollop of Ice cream.
