This latest is like a Mango Pico de Gallo. It is based on my traditional Pico de Gallo recipe, but we swap out the tomatoes for mangos. The flavors of this easy salsa go perfectly with fresh mango. Start by cutting the sides off of the mango. You are aiming to get as close to the pit as possible without cutting into it. Once you have the mango cut away from the skin (both the halves and what you got around the pit) dice it smaller.
What to Eat with Mango Salsa
