Lauki is otherwise known as Bottle gourd squash or Opo Squash in English, and is known for its numerous benefits! It is one of the lowest calorie vegetables - carrying just 14 calories per 100 g. It also known as Ghiya, Doodhi or Bottle Gourd too! How amazing isn’t it!
