I love a good Starbucks drink as much as the next girl, but sometimes it pays off just to make that drink at home. This delicious Starbucks Irish Cream Cold Brew is like that – so easy to make at home. Save some money, and make this any time your heart desires right in your own kitchen. After steeping for 24 hours, use a cheese cloth to strain the coffee grounds. Then the coffee is ready to be combined with syrups and foam, like we are doing here. If you want a step by step tutorial on making cold brew, you can find that here: Cold Brew Coffee. If you want to skip making it at home, you can also buy it. Simply whisk heavy cream in a cold bowl with a cold whisk. Whisk in vanilla and a little sugar, and as soon as it begins to stiffen up, it is ready for your drink.
Cold Brew Coffee can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 days. While it can last up to 2 weeks, the taste will go downhill after day three.Irish Cream Syrup can last in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.Cold Foam should be made right before it is used.
