I love making seasoning mixes because I typically have all the ingredients needed in my pantry. This is true with this seasoned salt recipe. It comes together so quickly and is such a great replacement for the store-bought jar. By making this easy ingredient at home you can customize it perfectly to your own dietary needs and tastes. This delicious salt blend can be used in so many different dishes.

Storing Homemade Seasonings

I love to keep my homemade seasonings in glass jars, like a mason jar if I make a big batch, or spice containers if I make a smaller batch. This homemade seasoned salt can be stored in a dark place (like a pantry or cupboard) for up to six months.

Table salt Paprika Sugar Garlic powder Onion powder Tumeric

Gather your ingredients. You may already have them in your pantry. Mix everything together. Add all of the seasonings to a bowl and stir to combine. Use or store in your pantry. The seasoning salt is then ready to use or be stored in your pantry.

Season meats such as ground beef, burgers, steak, or chicken. Season your French fries, sweet potato fries, or potato wedges. Add some flavors to veggies before cooking them. Add some to popcorn or use it in my Chex Mix recipe!

If you make this seasoning salt recipe or any of my other recipes, I’d love to hear what you think and how you enjoy it!
