About this Pineapple Juice recipe
I have been making Pineapple Juice at home for a very long time. It is so easy to make that I never thought, it is actually a recipe to document and share. This juice is handy to make pineapple sweet chilli sauce. If you love juicing at home, do try Carrot Orange Juice, Apple Beet Carrot Juice, Watermelon Juice, Fresh Strawberry Juice and Orange Kiwi Juice Made with pineapple cubes, water, and lemon juice - this juice is nothing short of deliciousness. I won’t be surprised if reach out for a second serving. Sometimes the pineapples are sweet enough that you will not need a sweetener. Always taste and gauge if you need to add the sugar/honey. Pineapples tend to have a lot of those little fibers that get in the way of smooth juice. Hence I always prefer to strain them before serving. Fresh Juice made with Real Ripe Pineapples is loaded with tons of health benefits with the right amount of sweetness, a hint of tang, and tartness. Thinking what else to make with pineapples - try Air fryer Pineapple, Pineapple Sweet chilli sauce or even Thai Pineapple fried rice.

Ingredients
You will need Pineapples - Fresh ripe pineapples are the key to the most delicious juice. I love to use OXO Pineapple Corer. With this, you really don’t need to peel or dice the pineapples separately. First cut the top and then place the corer on the pineapple. With the twist and turn action, you will have sliced pineapples ready to use. Really easy. Alternately Peel and core the pineapple. Then slice it or cut it into chunks. Sugar / Honey - Add the sweetener according to the sweetness of the pineapple. I usually prefer to add about 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice - Balances the flavors with its citrus flavor profile Ginger ( optional ) is so good with its immune-boosting properties. Add a teaspoon of fresh ginger and the flavor of the juice is elevated to a whole new level.
How to Juice a Pineapple
It’s a pretty straightforward recipe to juice a pineapple. I like to make them in 2 ways - One with the Blender and Second Method using a Slow Juicer Blender Method / Mixer Method Add all the ingredients to the blender jar and process smooth. Strain and serve over ice and mint (if you fancy ) Slow Juicer Method Add the Pineapples to the Slow Juicer and collect the juice. You don’t need to strain as the texture of the juice is smooth. But if you are like my kiddos who can nitpick, strain it one more time. Mix in water, honey, lemon juice and serve.
