You will need a handful of ingredients from your pantry to make this vegan wings recipe. Large Head of Cauliflower - Separate them into florets, preferably similar sizes as it will bake uniformly Plain Flour or All Purpose Flour or Maida Spice Powders - I like to use Chilli Powder ,Cumin Powder, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder. Get creative and spice it to your liking. Salt & Pepper to taste Buffalo Hot Sauce - I like to use Franks Hot Sauce. You can use any store in house brand too. Olive Oil or any other neutral flavor oil Maple Syrup for Vegan Wings and Honey for Vegetarian Wings
HOW TO MAKE BAKED CAULIFLOWER WINGS { VEGAN }
A Two-Step process is involved in making these Baked Buffalo Wings recipes. First, the Cauliflower florets are baked until cooked. Then comes the best bit - coating these baked florets with a Hot Sauce Glaze. You may as well use Franks Red Hot Sauce or your local in-house store brand.Step 1: Dip the cauliflower florets into a batter mix and lay them separated on a baking tray. Bake it for 18-20 Minutes approximately. Step 2: Coat the baked florets in buffalo wings glaze and bake them again for 15- 20 minutes. Serve hot with a delicious ranch or any of your favorite sauce!
