Grilling mushrooms is a great way to add extra flavor to this bland vegetable. To make them easy to grill, I like to thread them onto skewers. The marinade is so easy and you probably have most of the ingredients already in your kitchen. It can be used as a dipping sauce after cooking the mushrooms. Simply add to a pan and thicken with corn starch.  Mushrooms are like sponges, when you marinate them, they take on so much of the flavor all the way through. These kabobs can be cooked on your stove top grill pan, or outdoor grill. Perfect to enjoy all year round.  For a complete Asian-inspired meal idea, I love to cook them alongside my Grilled Korean-style Bulgogi Beef Skewers.
