And all you need is a bowl and whisk! Talking about its taste, you won’t even realize this homemade Big Mac Sauce is a vegan sauce! It is a creamy, smooth burger sauce that can make anyone crave to have more burgers because it is soo good! My son hates full-fat mayonnaise but loves this burger sauce in his Burgers, so I have all the more reasons to make it regularly at home. His standard burger order at GBK restaurant in the UK would be to remove the mayonnaise and use burger sauce instead. Add Cheddar cheese instead of the American cheese slice! Most of the condiments used in this burger sauce recipe are irreplaceable except for the variety of mustard and hot sauce. However, if you are not a Vegan, use full-fat mayonnaise. The Classic Burger sauce is still too good! The homemade version is so much better and cheaper than the store-bought ones and is an excellent dipping sauce. The recipe is so quick, that you can rush back to your kitchen to gather simple pantry staple ingredients and whip instantly.

Ingredients
You will need Vegan Mayonnaise - I like to use Heinz Vegan Mayo, easily available at grocery stores. You can use any local brand Egg-free Mayo. Tomato Ketchup - Use your favorite brand of ketchup. A little goes a long way. Hot Sauce - I like to squirt in a teaspoon of hot sauce, not too much in my burger sauce as it compliments the flavors really well. Pickle Juice or Jalapeno Juice - Either of them works really well and offers the acidity needed in the sauce. I do not like to dice the pickle, as we prefer a smooth texture. Garlic Powder - For smooth sauce texture, use Garlic powder instead of garlic paste or fresh minced garlic. Mustard - I usually like to use Dijon Mustard. However, when I was creating the recipe for this article, I have used Yellow Mustard. Because that’s what I had in my refrigerator. Salt & Pepper to taste Onion Powder is optional. However, if you have it in your pantry, use it in the sauce. It is delicious.
