Homemade Ranch Seasoning

Is there anything better than mixing some ranch seasoning with some sour cream and making a super simple vegetable dip? Well, yes. The answer is yes. Because what’s better than that is when you make the ranch seasoning yourself. Homemade ranch seasoning has the most perfect flavor and is so easy to make. You will love including it in so many different recipes. Fresh vs Dried Herbs When making homemade ranch seasoning mix, it’s best to use dried herbs instead of fresh because dried herbs have a more concentrated flavor and longer shelf life....

How To Make Flaky Pie Crust Step By Step Photos

My brother was helping with dishes after dinner the other day, and was dismayed to see two pie plates in the sink. “How is it possible that you made two pies and I didn’t get any??” I explained that I was using the pie plates to dredge chicken that I was frying, when I made this Ultra Crispy Chicken Parmesan. He was mollified. I can understand his indignation though. There is no rage quite like missing-out-on-pie-rage....

Instant Pot Spinach Dal Garlicky Moong Dal Recipe Made With Spinach

Sometimes, simple recipes need to be written and learnt too , just so you realise what you were doing wrong with them to start with. Overcooking spinach makes the dal taste very irony(if that’s even a word) ! One of the reasons I didn’t like dal palak much before(at least the one that I made) was the metallic after taste....
